GP Motorcycles is a high-end, fast-paced, franchised European motorcycle dealership located near downtown San Diego, CA. We are actively seeking qualified motorcycle prep-techs/technicians/master technicians with experience working on/with brands including Ducati, KTM, Husqvarna, GAS-GAS, MV Agusta, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Ural and SWM. Experience with the brands listed is above preferred, but general experience in the motorcycle service industry is required.

The ideal applicant will be:

Pre-requisites:

  • Must have at least 5 years’ professional experience working with European motorcycles (for Master Tech position),
  • 3 years’ professional experience working with motorcycles of any brand for technician position, and some type of professional experience working with motorcycles for the prep-tech position.
  • Previous factory certification(s) a plus (for all positions).
  • Must have valid motorcycle drivers’ license.
  • Must be insurable with a clean driving record.
  • Possess basic tools to perform routine service and diagnostic operations (special factory tools and diagnostic electronics will be available for use).

  • Hourly Compensation commensurate with experience.

GP Motorcycles is a high-end, fast-paced, European motorcycle dealership located in downtown in San Diego, CA. We are a franchised dealer for the following brands: Ducati, KTM, Husqvarna, GASGAS, MV Agusta, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Ural and SWM.

We are actively seeking qualified individual to work in our Service Department and manage all things warranty and assist the Service Department with various tasks.

The ideal applicant will be:

  • Clean, well-organized, and efficient;
  • Detail oriented with focus on quality;
  • Dependable, self-motivated with a positive attitude;
  • Able to meet deadlines and be flexible with workload. able to take in new/different responsibilities as needed;
  • Punctual;
  • Able to establish a good rapport with coworkers, vendors, customers, and manufacturers.

Pre-requisites:

  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience working in the motorcycle industry or in an administrative/office field;
  • Knowledge of motorcycle parts, basic service principles, and service writing skills helpful;
  • Experience with CDK Global Lightspeed EVO dealer management system highly preferred;
  • Great computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office applications, and ability to learn new systems quickly;
  • High School Diploma required, associates or higher college degree a plus;
  • Must have valid motorcycle driver’s license;
  • Must be insurable with a clean driving record.
